You must be 18 years or older and pay via PayPal invoice, paypal.me link, or a points commission specifically set up for this.

I can accept points, but charge 100 points extra as an inconvenience fee.

All sales final, no refunds. I am not your bank, I am not your financial manager. Please make sure that you want the design and are able to pay without negative consequences before purchasing.

Payment must be made within 48 hours of the invoice or paypal.me link being sent, if you fail to pay in time you can't attempt to buy that adopt again. Repeat offenders will be blacklisted.

If you haven't paid within 24 hours of making a claim, I'll remind you that you have 24 hours left.

I don't do holds. Please respect this.

@ing me as the designer when you post art of the character is appreciated but not required!

Files will be delivered in the same way that commission files are, via a link to a Google Drive folder containing the relevant files.

Files are available for 30 days after purchase, they could be deleted later. Please save everything before then.

Designs will not be revoked unless you issue a chargeback after paying for the design.

Do NOT claim that a design I've made belongs to you if you have not properly obtained it!

You may modify the design however you wish after purchase, just make sure to credit me for the part I did.

You may have other artists modify the design however you wish after purchase, just make sure that they credit me for the part I did.

You may post my art of the design to wherever you store your characters! If posting to Toyhouse, my username is FowlLeaf.

You may give them backstories/relationships/lore/etc.

You may use the design to create a 100% open species. This means the species is not monetized in a way that only benefits the owner and people who run it (no MYO slots, no buying traits, anyone can make adopts) and it is completely free for anyone to make one, no strings attached. Just like how literally anyone can make a bunny OC if they desire. (Exception: if the design is from a personal/private/closed/semi closed/semi open species, you may not create a species out of the design.)

You may gift and trade the design as you wish.

You may resell for the amount purchased.

You may resell for more than purchased if the design has additional art created after you obtained the design. This includes gift art and self-made art.

Do NOT use the design to harm other people.

Do NOT use the design to harm the environment.

Do NOT use the design for NFTs or other blockchain activities.

Do NOT use the design for AI image generation. (Artbreeder, fursonadoesnotexist, etc)

If the species has a known creator (ie not an earth creature or traditional fantasy creature), please credit the species creator and don't claim to be the creator of the species.

Do not use the design to create a species that is monetized in a way that only benefits the owner and people who run it.

EXCEPTION: If the adoptable sold is stated to be a species sale rather than a design, you are allowed to monetize it.

Should not be resold for a higher price than purchased unless the design has additional art made after obtaining it.

Can not be made into "breedable"/"fusion"/other highly derivative adopts.

Breedable adopts- Adopts where the offspring of 2 or more characters are sold/traded off

Fusion adopts- Adopts where the fused combination of 2 or more characters is sold off

EXCEPTION: All ARPG-related designs are exempt from this rule! If you choose to use a character I've designed in an ARPG and create offspring/fusions within that ARPG's systems, I'm ok with that.

All designs are intended for personal usage only unless otherwise specified. If you want to use a design commercially, you will need to discuss compensation with me beforehand. (site mascot, game character, merch, etc)

EXCEPTION: You may make extremely limited run merch batches intended for family and friends (25 items or fewer)
